Our client service team is readily available to support our investors. We communicate with clients through quarterly investment reports, webinars, and white papers. Our communications are accessible to our investors through the Investment Solutions Investor Portal which contains investor specific document libraries and dynamic portfolio analysis dashboards. Additionally, each year we hold an investor conference to provide an in-depth review of real estate market trends and our investments. On a biennial basis, this conference is part of the Carlyle Investment Solutions Investor Conference.

Our client service infrastructure platform is designed to support the requirements of our investors. Our team has extensive experience working with ERISA clients, those subject to UBTI, taxable and non taxable clients, and other institutions with special tax, compliance, or asset allocation needs. We can structure investments to support a wide range of investor requirements and have been able to enhance structural efficiency across investor constituencies.*
