Christine Iijima

Christine Iijima is a Vice President of the Manager and the Head Portfolio Analysis and Asset Management. She is responsible for portfolio analysis and investor reporting initiatives.

Ms. Iijima has over 12 years of experience in the real estate and investments business. Prior to joining Metropolitan Real Estate, she was an Asset Manager at GE Capital Real Estate, where she managed a portfolio of on-book loans collateralized by office, industrial, and multifamily properties, as well as a portfolio of over 50 real estate opportunity funds. During the course of her career, she has been based primarily in New York and Tokyo.

Ms. Iijima received her B.A. from Sophia University in Tokyo and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
